DOMESTIC APPLICANTS

1. All Ghanaian applicants for 2017/2018 academic year are required to download the application form at http://www.tucg.edu.gh
2. All applicants are required to complete the downloaded application form and attach the following documents:

i. Four (4) endorsed passport size pictures

ii. All relevant certificates/results slips (certified copies)

iii. Birth certificates (matured students only)

3.Purchase self-addressed EMS envelopes from any post office

4.Make a payment of GH¢ 100.00 to the following Account Details:

NAME OF UNIVERSITY: TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, GHANA (TUCG), TAMALE

BANK: ZENITH BANK, TAMALE, GHANA

BRANCH: TAMALE.

ACCOUNT NUMBER: 6011108571.

5. Ensure that, the application form is properly filled. A form once submitted cannot be retrieved for editing or any other purpose
6. Submit the following documents to Zenith Bank:

i. Completed application form and all the attachments as in (2) above

ii. Self-addressed EMS envelopes

iii. Deposit slip as evidence of payment

7. Applicants should ensure that submission form at the Bank is signed off before leaving the banking hall.

FOREIGN APPLICANTS

All non-Ghanaian applicants are advised to apply as follows:

1. Download the foreign students application form online at tucg.edu.gh
2. Complete the downloaded application form and attach the following:

i. Passport sized pictures (endorsed)

ii. All relevant certificates (certified copies)

iii. Copies of birth certificate (matured students only)/ National Passport/ Driver’s License/Baptism Card

3.Wire USD 50.00 by SWIFT TRANSFER to the following account details:

5. However, Foreign students in Ghana should submit all documents to any branch of Zenith Bank in Ghana after payment of the required USD 50.00

6. Such applicants should ensure they sign a submission form for foreign students at Zenith Bank.

i. Copies of certificates and any other relevant academic records

ii. Original Transcripts not Result Slip (only for HND holders). Must be in a sealed envelope with the signature and stamp of Registrar across envelope

iii. Three (3) recent Passport Photographs, one of which should be affixed to the form. The other two (2) should be endorsed by a Senior Public Officer/Lawyer/Clergy/Medical Practitioner

iv. A copy of birth certificate which is at least 5 years old at the time of application

v. Two (2) self-address envelopes with express stamps

NOTE: (i) Copied documents should be certified from the source of the document e.g. WAEC, Polytechnic etc. or originals must be brought for verification.

(ii) Complete form using block letters.
