I’ve placed an order. When will it arrive?
- At zaatu.com you can expect free delivery within the same day or the next. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and you’ll be contacted by phone by a zaatu customer support officer on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
- Our customer support officer always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery are made, your order will be canceled.
I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?
- If you have not had any contact from zaatu 5 days after ordering, then please call us on our toll free hotline 0302244667 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.
Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?
- Yes. Zaatu delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at CART.
I’d like to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. Is this possible?
- Yes. You can pick up your order from the zaatu warehouse in Bubiashie, Accra.

- The zaatu corporate office at Bubiashie area of Accra.
