OUR OBJECTIVES

NII DJATANABIE promotes Arts & Culture in our Ga Dangbe communities and schools, through Education, Traditional Music, Dance Performances, Cooking Competitions and Storytelling sessions that highlight the Custom right, Cultures Rites and History of Ga Dangbe people. These culture activities not only foster a sense of pride within the community but also serve as an educational experience for younger generations, ensuring continuity of their traditions.
NII DJATANABIE provides a platform for local traders, artisans and entrepreneurs to showcase their goods and services, from local crafts and textiles to food and agricultural products, the festival offers as space for business growth and networking, fostering economic development within the community.
NII DJATANABIE significance to the Ga Dangbe community cannot be overstated. Beyond it’s economic benefits, the festival strengths social cohesion by bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to celebrate to the local economy. Overall NII DJATANABIE has grown into an essential event that preserves cultural values, promotes trade and enhances the wellbeing of the Ga Dangbe community.

NII DJATANABIE is a registered event company in Ghana which specializes in producing seamless, sophisticated and memorable corporate and social events. Aimed at showcasing the rich heritage culture of the Ga Dangbe people and creating annual event that serve as the climax for all the Ga Dangbe homowo history, culture and acts festival in Accra, the capital of Ghana. Our key principles are integrity, creativity and professionalism.
INTRODUCTION
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and culture, Ghana Education service and National Commission on Culture, the center Culture, for National Culture, Greater Accra and the Ga Traditional council in collaboration with Djatanabi Production in partnership with Ga Adangme Queen Mothers/ Greater Accra Market’s women Association (GAMA) would be hosting the Ga- Adangme Homowo Festival under the team “Celebrating The Rich Heritage Culture Of The Ga- Adangme People” to climax this year’s Homowo Annual Festival.
NII DJATANABIE has since become a significant event on the calendar, drawing thousands of patrons from across the region and beyond each year. With it’s blend of cultural Displays, Trade Exhibitions and community Engagement, the festival has gained popularity, attracting over 5,000 visitors annually.
