Ada East District Hospital

Ada sub District has Ada Health Centre, Adedetsekope, Pute, Agorkpo, Azizanya and Teyekpikope CHPS zones to cater for the Health issues;  Kasseh Sub District has the District Hospital, Kasseh Health Centre, Health Star Clinic,  Dogo, Asigbeykope and Tamatoku CHPS  and Pediatorkope  Sub district which is an Island with about 22 communities has Pediatorkope Health Centre.

All facilities offer a 24 hours service to clients and the District Hospital serves as a referral point to all facilities in the district. Services rendered are as follows:

• Out Patients and In Patient Services
• Laboratory
• X-ray,
• Antenatal
• Nutrition
• Tuberculosis
• Reproductive and Child Health Services
• Child Welfare Clinics
• Family Planning (Long and Short term Methods)
• Prevention from Mother to Child Transmission
• Counseling and Testing of HIVs
• Adolescence

There are other programmes that the Ghana Service engages in from time to time;

• Expanded programme on Immunization (EPI).
