BRIEF HISTORY OF INSTITUTION

The name of the institution is Manya Krobo Senior High School. The school was established on 15th November 1968. This was immediately after PRESEC, which was then at Krobo Odumase, was moved to Legon.
The school is located at New Nuaso a suburb of Krobo Odumase. The School’s telephone numbers are 08191370 and 08191371. The School celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 1993 and in 2008 it celebrated the 40th Anniversary.
Manya Krobo Senior High School has both Boarding and Day facilities for students.

VISION
To transform Manya Krobo Senior High School into a First Class Institution to the total development of the student in particular and MAKROSEC Community in general.

 MISSION
MAKROSEC is a Co-educational Institution in the Manya Krobo Traditional Area in the Manya Krobo District of the Eastern Region. It operates in partnership with the M.O.E.S.S, District Philanthropists. The MAKROSEC Motto is Knowledge and Service.
