The school affectionately called the Royals was established in 1984 as a private school by S. O Arthur with only 18 students and were into the Public School System in 1991. It is now a Governmprogramsed public school which offers quality co-educational learning programmes for students.

To provide a gender-neutral environment to ensure equity in the access to quality education to all students of this noble institution.

Mission
To provide a holistic pre-tertiary education and adequate skills training for students to prepare them to be functional citizens.
