Pong-Tamale Senior High School is a rural-based school. It is situated at Pong-Tamale along the Tamale Bolgatanga main road, about 32km from Tamale, the capital of Northern Region.

Vision

Increase access to secondary education to disadvantaged individuals and communities in line with the national policy of providing quality secondary education to all Ghanaians irrespective of creed, ethnicity, geographical location, socioeconomic background relevant to the manpower need of Ghana.

Mission

The provision of relevant secondary education to all Ghanaian youth through useful skills acquisition and training that will unearth and develop their potential to be productive to facilitate poverty reduction and promote socio-economic growth and national development.
