Sandema Senior High Technical School is a category C school and one of the senior high schools in Upper East Region at Sandema of Builsa North Municipal. The school was established in 1953 as a middle boarding school. The construction of the structures started in 1952 and the school formally opened in 1953 as a middle boarding for boys. The constructor who undertook the construction was Mr. S.K. Meno.
