To promote secondary education in the locality, create an enabling and peaceful environment conducive for learning.

Mission
To provide relevant education to all Ghanaian at all levels, to enable them to acquire skills that will not only assist them in their development but to also make them employable and by so doing, reduce unemployment. To also increase access to and participation in education and reduce poverty and increase productivity.
