The company was established in 1989 by the Late Mr. Alfred Holdbrook as one of the leading indigenous Marketing and Distribution Company in Ghana.

Throughout the company’s twenty seven (27) years in operations, it has partnered with Major Companies and distributed and marketed major household brands throughout the various cities in Ghana. Notable among the major companies and brands we have worked with are:

– SC Johnson Ghana (Raid, Glade and Mr. Muscle Products etc.)
– L’Oréal West Africa ( Dark and Lovely Products)
– Gillette
– Inecto Hair Dye.

Currently, the company in partnership with a top fragrance company has launched its own brands under the names:

– COOL BREEZE ( Air Freshener Products)
– DR. MIGHTY ( WC Cleaners)

The above brands are manufactured according to international standards prevailing in the industry.

The company seeks for partners in Ghana and the West Africa Region to market and promote its brands.
