Check the general guidelines on how to apply to the MPH program
The application must be accompanied by the following required documents and the documents must be submitted as instructed below:

First degree holders with a minimum of second-class division and good
quantitative skills are eligible to apply.

• Certified True Copy of Certificates
• Original Academic Transcript
• A Passport Size Photo
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Statement of Purpose
• Sponsorship Statement Forms (If applicable)

Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required in the case of non-English speaking countries. Applicants are also requested to acquire Non-Citizen Ghana card as a prerequisite for offer of admission. Applicants who fail to provide evidence of having acquired this card will not have their applications processed.
