How To Apply
Completed application forms with certified copies of certificates and result slips, birth certificates and evidence of working experience (where applicable) should be sent by the prepaid PRIORITY EMS envelopes to:

Applicants must
- send three (3) passport-sized photographs:
(i) Write their names at the back of two (2), one (1) of which should be affixed to the application.
(ii) Corroborator should endorse the third photograph.
