Ghana Psychological Council
Ghana Psychology Council (GPC) is an independent body established under Act 857 of the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana, to secure in the public interest, the highest standards in the training and practice of psychology. GPC is dedicated to regulating the training and practice of psychologists, therapists and lay practitioners across Ghana. The council is governed by a ten member board and operates using four committees.
MANDATE
To secure in the public interest the highest standards in the training and practice of applied psychology.
MISSION
To ensure that psychological services are provided by well trained and licensed professionals/ practitioners in accredited institutions.
VISION
Psychological health for all people living in Ghana.
